When Bella Scena was created, the idea was to help plan better meetings. Agendas and goals are set ahead of time. Meetings run on time with our visual timeline and heartbeat monitor. This works beautifully when everything is planned in advance. But sometime's life life's you and the plan doesn't work as expected.
We know how your meetings really work based on customer conversations. As we evolve Bella, we are supporting more meeting scenarios. We've now added stronger features to support adjusting the timeline during the meeting. We've also added the flexibility for you to name your intro and wrap-up and adjust the length of time for these.
So how does it work?
First, adjusting your intro and wrap-up. Here we are showing planning the meeting. Simply click on the intro and wrap-up and adjust the name as well as the length of time.
This works for our meetings, as well as our meeting templates. So for our fans out there running EOS- yes, you can now call that intro a Segue!
We've also invested in making it significantly easier to adjust your live meetings on the fly. Sometimes the best laid meeting plans get derailed. Or other times you may have a meeting where structure is only added during the meeting. For those situations, you can now adjust the time of existing items, or add new items simply by clicking on the open time on the meeting timeline.
