Creating a meeting template

Do you have meetings that have the same agenda or participants each time? We recognize certain standing meetings or recurring meetings may need to have a similar agenda each time. Use our meetings templates to make the set up process for these meetings fast and easy. Start by click the Create Meeting drop down.

Select the option to create a new template.

The meetings template is just like the functionality to create a meeting. Adjust the name of the meeting to be the title you wish to use for your template. Add a meeting goal to make it measurable. Include a list of the participants that typically attend this meeting. Additionally, agenda items can be added and saved. Once the template is completed to your satisfaction, you can Save the meeting template. The meeting template will now appear in your menu and can be used going forward.
